cooked - ground beef, sliced smoked sausage or ground sausage
heat - jalapeno, hot sauce, whatever you like to bring some spice to the mix.
Instructions
In a medium sized pan bring all ingredients to a boil.
Cover and reduce to a simmer for a couple hours stirring as needed.
